Sell Your Excess Inventory on Consignment
Overstock, customer returns, shelf pulls or closeout stock you can't move? We put it in front of our network of resellers, retailers and exporters across Canada, and you're paid from every sale under terms agreed in writing before anything ships.
How it works
- Tell us what you have. Send photos, quantities and a manifest if you have one. The more detail, the faster we can give you an answer.
- We review it. We look at condition, demand and realistic resale pricing, then come back to you with proposed terms.
- Agree in writing. We agree on your bottom price, the holding period and logistics, and put it in a signed consignment agreement before anything moves.
- We sell, you get paid. We sell to our buyer network of resellers, retailers and exporters. When a lot sells, you’re paid your agreed price in full, with a statement of what sold.
What we take
- Customer returns and shelf pulls
- Overstock and closeout lines

- Full pallets and truckloads
- Electronics, home goods, tools, general merchandise
Not accepted

- Inventory you don't own or aren't authorized to sell
The agreement
- Your price
- You set the lowest price you’ll accept for the lot. If it sells, you’re paid that amount in full — no commission, no deductions. Whatever we sell it for above your price is our margin for finding the buyer.
- 30-day holding period
- We list your lot for the full 30 days, and it can’t be withdrawn early. If it sells in that window, you’re paid your price. If it hasn’t sold by day 30, you can extend, renegotiate at a lower price, or reclaim your stock.
- Payouts
- Paid by e-Transfer or wire within 7 days of the sale, with a statement of the lots that sold and what you were paid.
- Transportation
- You arrange transport of your stock to our Markham warehouse, and collection of any unsold stock you choose to take back.
Questions
Is submitting my inventory binding?
No. Submitting only starts the conversation. Nothing is binding until both sides sign a written consignment agreement.
Who owns the goods until they sell?
You do. Consigned inventory stays your property until it sells. Storage, handling and responsibility while it is in our warehouse are set out in the agreement.
How is my payout decided?
You set the lowest price you’ll accept for the lot. If it sells, you’re paid that exact amount — there’s no commission or deduction taken out. Whatever we sell it for above your price is our margin for the buyer network and work we bring.
How and when do I get paid?
By e-Transfer or wire transfer, within 7 days of the sale, along with a statement showing which lots sold and what you were paid.
What happens to items that don’t sell?
We list your lot for 30 days. If it hasn’t sold by then, you can extend the deal, renegotiate at a lower price, or reclaim your stock (you cover the return transport). Nothing is disposed of without your say-so.
Can I take my inventory back early?
No. Once a lot is consigned it stays listed for the full 30-day period and can’t be withdrawn early. At the end of the 30 days you can extend, renegotiate at a lower price, or reclaim it.
Who handles transportation?
You do. Consignors arrange transport of their stock to our warehouse at 340 Ferrier St #1, Markham, and arrange collection of any unsold stock they choose to take back at the end of the holding period.
Is there a minimum quantity?
There is no fixed minimum to submit. Tell us what you have and we will tell you honestly whether consignment makes sense for it.
